There was two of us, and we were away for a month and didn't have that much! :rofl:

Remember to leave room for some wine on the way back.

The Supermarket at Calais had a 2 for one deal on - so I got 6 boxes of wine stacked behind the seats. :thumbsup:
 
You'll find space for booze :thumbsup: Depends on where you drive to but check the local vinyards, they generally welcome visitors. If you're eating out check the local wines on offer in the restaurant, they're not likely to serve up rubbish, see what you like and find the vinyard, you won't necessarily save much money but there's nothing like opening a bottle of vino at home and remembering the trip and how you came to get that wine. :thumbsup:

Day -2

today i fitted my light deflector thingy mi bobs and added a a GB sticker. Also printed out insurance documents
 
Taz, I have a few hectic days ahead...............so.......have a great time, be safe, stop lots and take in the beauty of many parts of Europe, try a merguez pizza in france, take lots of pics, chill & don't worry :thumbsup:

TODAY I AM SO CHUFFIN MAD. I AM *UCKING FUMING

CAME HOME FROM WORK ON A HIGH TO FIND SOME FIRST CLASS TOS*ER AS SCRAPPED MY CAR. ITS ONLY SMALL BUT IT WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED WHEN I GET BACK OFF MY HOLS

THIS IS THE FIRST MARK IN ITS LIFE. NOBODY STOPPED AND LEFT A NOTE OF APOLOGY

and now i have just dropped my laptop and broke my memory stick, this was being updated with music for my trip :headbang:

now having to delete my works memory stick and copy music onto that :!:

Bucking Fastards :x :x So so sorry to hear that !!!

Sounds like you're having a mare in the run up to going, once you're on the road and britain is in your 'rearview mirror' (great track by Pearl Jam by the way) things will pick up :driving: :thumbsup:

just filled up the petrol tank, now i'm off to bed, setting the alarm for 3am
