I'v emailed and tried to phone Mstyle several times to ask what tyres their wheel and tyre packages come with but to no avail, they dont even reply to my emails besides answer the phone.

Anyone else had any dealings with them and what outcome?

I've never had a satisfactory response from them - if I even got one.

one to avoid.

BMAutosport on the other hand

I have had dealings with mstyle in the past - mini related - and again had no replies from several emails and had bother actually getting someone on the phone who had a clue about anything - could of swore I was phoning up an institute or something! good luck anyways with making contact.

I recently rang M-Style about an induction kit, before i bought it online i just wanted to make sure it was in stock so i didnt have a long wait. Indeed the item was in stock, so i offered to pay over the phone while i was on the phone to them anyway. The woman informed me that the prices had just gone up and would cost me X amount extra but they hadnt got round to updating the website. I asked what would happen if i simply went on the website and bought it, would i get it for the advertised price? She said "you're welcome to try". So i did, and i got it at the old (lower) price. Quite a bizzare exchange. They were also supposed to send me a £10 voucher for spending over a certain amount which of course didn't arrive. The box arrived in the post with no external packaging other than the products own box itself which was badly creased and held closed with parcel tape. So on the whole not a great experience.

To give them credit they did post a voucher out to me when i complained. Also their prices on the whole are pretty good, cheaper than CA and Evo-S in general.

I got my car lowered and a spoiler fitted at M-Stlye a week ago and the service was very quick and compairable to competitors. They even price matched the springs because I had seen them cheaper else way. I have been to M-Style a few times now and they appear to be quite good.

You need to talk to Tony (the sales manager if you want to get anyhere) and then just ring because they are not that great at replying to emails. I hope that helps people

I've looked at their webiste a few times and find it very annoying that they don't have pictures against all the items!

I've never bothered deaiing with them!

BMAutosport exemplary. MStyle were to be fair, pretty much okay when I dealt with them on a front end respray and dent removal. Spoke to a guy called Tony who was great and I think the main man there if that helps. Was 18 months ago though.

bm autosport I got my csl reps from. ok service they were not mint had a few marks from transport on. would have expected them to send me a voucher but nothinmg
