So I opened my mail today to find an envelope from the local BMW stealership. Inside is a "platinum card" entitling me to 10% off installed parts, accessories, and boutique items, and 15% off services. It is limited to $100 discount total per visit. Tires and keys are excluded. This is obviously a gimmick to get me to come back to them, as I've not been there in almost a year after their last screwup. At least if the discount applied to just "parts" and not "installed parts," it might be worth a sh1te. I bet they define few items as "accessories" rather than excluded "parts." Has anyone else received one of these?
