Usual nonsense though - one dealer causes a problem and others jump on the bandwagon and condemn every dealer

Am I the only one who has a dealer (Coopers Malton) that give excellent service?

Nope, I've always had excellent service from Sytners, Nottingham and Sopers, Lincoln.

Both always comply with my request that it doesn't go through a valet. It's normally spotless when it goes in anyway

Twist , Matt appears to have washed your car using a dolls head & a plasterers bucket i would be frkin livid if i returned to find my car in that condition .
I hope you are satisfied with the outcome from Williams then look for a better dealer ? Bowker blackburn or Lloyd colne perhaps ?

Sorry to see such a sad sight.

I have had mine washed by a dealer a couple of times, even when i said not too.. Luckily wasnt too bad.

Just more reasons why I like to buy a car privately from an enthusiast, take my car to a trusted Indy for any work/servicing and clean the car myself. Really feel for you mate that your P&J has been treated like that, hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
