Had my car in at the local BMW dealer to fix a lights issue, they replaced the light switch and light control module. Picked it up an hour ago and not happy. :x
The little bit of trim that the light switch sits on isnt sat flush with the dash, at the steering wheel side end there is a 3-4mm gap as it sits proud of the dash.
The air intakes on each side of the front bumper have a little piece of plastic which havles the gap if you look from the front of the car into the intake, one side is missing.
The little plastic plugs which hold the inner panels in place have been ragged to bits, one side has one plug which just spins and doesnt tighten (yes i did look at the plugs before it went in the dealer as i was going to take the panel off but didnt bother in the end).
Is it really to much to ask for them to fix the fault (fault does seem to be fixed though, hallelujah) and return the car to the state it was given to them in?
I've had the same things with other dealers of other brands to be fair but expected more of a "prestige" car dealer.
