Roof up/down, easy entry, windows close, lights flash lock/unlock, beep lock/unlock I think theres more too but thats all I can think of for now 
depends on age of car as to what features are available.
press unlock button once, open drivers door, press again for passanger.

these were some of the ones I was going to get programmed, but after having the car nearly two years I am used to the way it is, and not worth the cost in programming. I would like to get the tools to do this myself, but it's not that easy.
If you are looking at roof features then consider the reinhold modules, as these are better than any key programming can achieve, mainly as you dont have to keep your finger on the key for it work, just press three times.

When you take the car in the dealer can print a complete list of possibilities for both car and individual keys. They can also give you a new customer checklist to workdown and simply select exactly what you want and then set it up.
I can post a sample if you need but of course this relates to a 2003, but the list runs to 1.5 pages of A4.
