If your products/goods are being sold within the UK to people who would normally expect to pay VAT (so Joe Public rather than businesses) then its actually illegal to only display the ex VAT price.

I remember when I was trying to get a deal for my sister on an F20 120i the main dealer were unable to give any discount at all as they were only making £50. The sales manager even phoned to talk me through it. They were so pathetic and in need of the money that we went with their no discount deal.
