Wow this thread has livened up a little, I have just been into sopers this afternoon & booked my M3 in for an inspection & their service was excellent & that's my forth visit now & it has been consistent everytime, so a from me.

Have used Sopers for years, and only had one disagreement with them (way back) . Total recommendation from me for parts, reception, service....

For the record, my own experience of Sopers - however limited - has been top notch on every occasion. I am sure that they will look to make good any reasonable complaint and I am looking forward to hearing it is resolved

Only used them the once... one of the most helpful Dealers I have ever used - willing to spend time to talk, help & provide what I needed (cruise control & wiring loom)

Have used Sopers a few times for parts, excellent service just wish more dealers were like them.

One bad experience doesn't wipe out all the good experiences, the excellent service and helpful advice they have given. s**t happens even in the best of companies, its part of life, but it is how a company responds and handles the issue that matters. It certainly wouldn't stop me from using them again.
