Deal is done

Well we went for a drive in the 3.0 si, and yes it was quick but over all the 2.5 auto won the vote.

The 3.0 si felt more worn inside, and the colour (gray) couldnt live up to the blue.

Another BIG reason was the deal on the 2.5 was much much better and I know I will get some stick on here for having an auto but we love it.

I think you did the right thing to test the 2 back to back and make an informed decsion.

No worries on the auto from me. That's what I have and love it to bits. One of the best auto boxes I've ever driven.

End of the day a Zed is an emotional decision and the colour, trim, engine, gearbox, etc. are all part of that deeply individual need.

Should be about a week or so due to a reg transfer. I know the owner of my local BMW/MINI dealers so he did a cracking deal in return for all the times I've got him drunk at the nightclub lol.
