Dead Speaker, help please

I've got the regular Hi-fi 10 speaker system in my 2005 2.5i. I noticed recently that every other speaker is working, but the mid-range passenger door speaker is completely silent. Anyone have any tips on how to troubleshoot this short of taking the door apart?
 
Removing & replacing the door card is the easiest way, and it's very simple - the videos below cover this as part of a door speaker & tweeter upgrade

PerryGunn, Thanks for the videos. I'll find someone with some panel pryers and rip it off to test it. Hopefully the speaker just needs replaced.

gannet, Are you in the US or Canada? I'm in Virginia, US. Not sure where Surrey is...
