Deactivate remote access

[ref]Nanu[/ref], I've set mine to do this, so I touch the door to unlock and walk away for it to lock. You can set it in the settings/doors vehicle access menu

I quite like just walking up to it and it unlocking.

I had the previous one set that way, however if my car was parked next to the kitchen on the drive and if I had my keys on me, the car was forever unlocking and locking anytime I got near it :x

I was aware the sensor on the handle locks it by touch (In the habit of using that in car parks and very public places) but wasnt aware it can also be used to open it. Gives me something to play with tomorrow

Same here for locking it. I always figured I would not be sending a signal from my key by doing this.

Funnily enough, with the hot weather I wanted to carry less stuff so I’ve been using my phone as my key to the car. Since my home key is just a small key, I’m really enjoying not having a bulky set of keys on me.

If it's not the car then they'll be cutting the catalysts off the car while it sits on the drive. I keep the keys in the pouches all the time, then the car is stored in the garage behind 7ft gates and if they can get past all of that and the spotlights they will have to deal with my fully trained attack cat! (hopefully they will be mouse size car thieves)
