I can't make my fricking mind up. I think it will look good and continue this stealth look (black car, black wheels) the previously owner started. However the G/F has put doubt in my mind saying its already stealth enough and that will be overkill, also she thinks it looks classey in chrome. (although I suspect she may just be trying to persuade not to spend any more money on it :roll: )

What say thee Z4-Forum massive, help me make up my mind

I'm doing mine M - style black slatts with Chrome outer. Best combo for me.

I did mine.. got a set of matt grils then sprayed them gloss.

But yours is already very dark so might be nice to add something a bit more contrasting. I would keep the chrome... would go with your chrome E46 M3 Alloy idea or some silver CSLs they look great on dark cars. Or maybe even a set of CSLs in chrome, shadow chrome or hyper graphite...

Yeah wheels would be CSL: Shadow Chrome / Hyper Black or M3's in Chrome, Shadow Chrome .....

I like CHROME, but on a black car, it would stand out like crazy, and being the rest of the car is black, I would stay with black.

Either buy replacement, or wrap you current ones (if currently chrome) that way you can swap back if you change your mind or come to sell

I've got genuine carbon fibre. A little bit more 'bling' than plain black, but not as 'bling' as full chrome surrounds.

I have full black I usually have on, but since they were inadvertently removed yesterday, am now with chrome surrounds and black grille. Both look equally good - just dont go for full chrome; far too blingy
