DCT Light keeps flashing under light acceleration

I’ve got a 57 reg Z4C and for 3 weeks I’ve had the most annoying intermittent issue with my car! ☹ The issue is the DCT light keeps flashing on my dash under light acceleration i.e. pulling out of junctions etc. and because the DCT system is kicking in it prevents normal acceleration!! ☹ As soon I first experienced the problem I got home and checked the tyres pressure and one of my rear tyres was slightly down so I pumped it up and check this next morning and it went down again. I got the puncture fixed and I’ve still bloody got this DCT issue. However, if I turn of the DCT systems completely off the issue goes away! 😊 The only problem is I like to drive fast so I need the DCT system to keep me alive!

Any advice what the issue is? Dodgy DCT sensor??

There are no lights on the dash so when you scan the cat there are no faults diagnosed! ☹

Any help appreciated.

Currently driving the DCT turn off.

Cheers

Just a thought but what are the rear shocks like. Mine used to set the traction control light off hitting bumps in the road. Changed the shocks and they were knackered, all better now.

No fault codes on Torque pro app?? Bloody nightmare!
I can't get torque pro to read codes on mine with android.
Whats ur secret?

Tried carly or other software to check for codes?

I've replaced both rear dct sensors and the car is now back to normal! :D :D cheers Lee total cost £20 to get the puncture fixed, £30 for 2 sensors from ebay and £40 for them fitted by the local garage! So be careful driving on a slow puncture! It cost me £90!

Surely the slow puncture didn’t cause the sensors to fail? :?

Ok, whats a dsc sensor then? I think some people assumed you were talking about the abs sensors on the wheels.
