DCT differences 35i vs 35iS

I just read something that said there is a big difference between the two transmissions,
. Is there? Mine was a 2009 35i with a DCT. I’m curious?
 
Both gearboxes have exactly the same partnumber, so they're physically the same.
Afaik the only technical difference between the 35i (when opted for the DCT) and 35is are the bumpers (unless you spec the m trim bumpers on the 35i), the backbox and the DME software that allows for a short overboost during acceleration (so an ecu tune)
