How to make a dull overcast scene into a bright vibrant one - amazing the difference an app can make!
 
I quite like the app version. Probably because all of my pictures look a bit dull and lifeless. :cry:

We were there yesterday, was thinking of walking up to the lake. Couldn't get in the car park and the weather was poor, so we went to Portmeirion for the afternoon, amazing place and the sun was out on the coast too. :D
 
Weather today was surprisingly nice. Just overcast for a few mins while we took the pics, rest of the day nicely sunny.

Had a great day, took the A5 through Llangollen, then on to Betwys for coffee and picnic lunch. Short wander around the base of Snowden then on to Llanberis for another coffee. Back down the A55 via Caernarfon and Conwy. Then oddly enough to Mold where we decided to climb Moel Fammau before dinner at Loggerheads. Round trip 120 miles, 9 hours, roof down of course.

That's quite spooky, here are a few pics of our day in North wales. You may notice a few similarities.













Great Roads too. :driving: Will be going back up there again for sure. :thumbsup:
 
You didn't stop at rhug about 11am did you? Pred for a loo stop and came back to find an e86 parked next to mine, same colour as yours! Spooky spooky if it was you!

Nope, not even an M\\\ can time travel alas. :wink:

Cracking place for driving though. :driving: Apart from the bus that tried to take us out coming back down the Lamberis pass. Too close and so glad I was just moving not stopped, so managed to shift a few inches. :roll:
