Daughter wants a PUG, I'm worried it'l be like this one!

I would love a pet but there is an issue if you go on holiday or plan a last minute trip. For that reason I don't think I can ever have one as I don't know anyone that would volunteer to take it.

Its all personal, But pugs are prone to health problems. Due to their pushed in faces they are know as a brachycephalic dog, and often have breathing problems like other brachycephalic animals. If you do get one, Congrats and make sure to keep him/her active, pugs get heavy very very easily!

I am fortunate that my mum n dad take mine when on hols/weekends away,etc,and i know its well looked after...my Dad also walks him at lunchtimes a cpl of days a week,to give him extra walks
