This is something I'm very OCD about ... I always get the plates made up by a a Marque main dealer if possible the original supplier of the car ....until recently I would get a task disc that matched
This all started when a mate of mine had a Lancia Evo Integrale that the previous owner had sourced Walker of Northallerton plates ( biggest supplier of Integrales into the UK) .
Incidentally if you have very recently bought a car from a dealer , they'll quite often supply a replacement set for free when you change to a dateless plate.
