I asked for a copy of my BMW Finance settlement figure and was sent it by email as requested.

Today I was contacted by Sytner BMW Cardiff, the dealership I bought the car and took the finance through as they had been notified that I had requested the settlement. Is this normal? I realise it is good business practice (they were obviously looking for a sales opportunity) for the dealer network but I don't want them contacting me every time I contact BMW Finance.
 
It is normal practice as I've had the same, then you get plagued by the salesman from your local dealer :thumbsdown:
 
As said it is normal practice.but it is also a check that it was in fact you that had asked for the settlement figure.. :thumbsup:
