I'm guessing driving rules are completely different in Poland than the UK.

I don't see any give way markings that the X5 driver needed to observe, so it was you who was trying to create a situation by deliberately entering the X5‘s lane when you could clearly see he was there.

To be fair, we don't know the rules in the OPs country - we can only make comments according to how it would be seen if it happened in the UK

Yes, I agree that's how it looks to us, but there may be some rule in the OPs country such as 'always having to give way to traffic coming from your right'. I'm not saying that's the case here but it would be useful to know why the OP is so sure that it's the X5 that's in the wrong.

Yes, and they were odd things to post too, but he's been a member on here longer than I have and I don't recall any previous troll-like behaviour so I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt and wonder if something is being lost in translation

Exactly.
Technically the bmw is on a major road and has right of way. He is in a traffic jam but doesn't have to wait (past the lights) for cars coming from the other road.

The rules of the road are broadly similar wherever you are. As has already been stated the BMW has already passed the lights so the moron with the dash cam should have given right of way.

I am only grateful that being in Poland that is one less idiot on the roads of the UK.

The OP is a prize winning bell end. How many of these threads are we going to have to endure? I am yet to see anyone do anything really out of order, just you trying to get either an insurance payout or notoriety for being a penis..!!

The BMW could have had no idea whether he was on green or red as he had got held up after going through the light. You then charge at him crossing the lines that designate his lane. In an insurance claim, I am pretty sure that would have been your fault.

Your dash cam may have well been used in evidence against you......
