Those screws  I couldn't believe how many were holding it on! Thats proper bmw build quality there. Shame the rest of the car isn't like that!

Only £6.0 per 1.5m/30cm piece? That's cheap! Does it have an embossed/weaved like surface or it is only printed sticker? Is it the same quality as the 3M Di-Noc just not the 3M brand? Because if that is the case then hell yeah i am doing it :P

1520 x 450 but doesn't leave much room for mistakes :)

Also want to know this, considering buying some and good to get a review

Yeah it's the proper stuff, stretched really well, no airbubbles etc and I think the carbon look is bob on.

I bought some of this Sunday night and it was delivered this morning. Speedy delivery!

The quality looks very good for vinyl, it obviously isn't the real thing but has a slight texture too it which gives it some depth and reflection that is closer to the real stuff than I expected.

Was it easy to use Gav? Did the 1500mmx300mm sheet for 6 quid do you for everything? Might give it a try as a weekend project. for the sake of 6 quid it's worth it.

When I last tried doing it, I had trouble bending it around the edges to leave a smooth finish without any folds. Is this stuff better than the 3d stuff?

Yeah I've no creases at all on mine, just heat the edge up while pulling it around the back.
I bought two sheets to do both bits aswel as the bit below the gear knob and handbrake.

Get it done!

I just got my carbon material. To be honest this glossy look seems a little bit fake to me. I am not sure if i am going to use it but it was worth the try for £6

Just got the main part of my dash done and very happy with how it looks. Just have to wait and see how long it lasts now.
