Put 850+ miles in the Z4 yesterday. The car was out of commission (at my mechanic’s) for almost 9 months. Had to take a trip and thought I’d stretch the car’s legs.
At low speeds there is a very loud squeak/rattle sound coming from the dash. Very hard to describe the sound. It sounds like the rubber dash pad is rubbing on the windshield.
