Dash materials

So having just purchased my Z I'm curious as to what the stock dash is? I've got a brushed metal and I've seen the "wood" look. So what are the options? I should mention mine is an 07.

Another question, any hints on how to keep that metal cool? Man it heats up in the Alabama heat quite quickly.
 
The M had option for carbon leather as I recall.

In the US, the trims were: 4BM Graphite, 4AD Brushed Light Aluminum, 437 Light Poplar Grain Wood (what I have) and 438 Dark Poplar Grain Wood. This is for the non-M.

The graphite was only in cars with "leatherette". Aluminum was standard in the Roadster 3.0Si and Coupe 3.0Si, Roadster 3.0 with leather
Light Poplar optional in 3.0 and 3.0Si
Dar poplar, same
