Dash Display of Multiple Parameters.

Hi guys,
I've searched for the above on here but without luck. Apologies if I've missed it.

Displaying various parameters, as follows, I'm familiar with:
Average mpg/mph/mileage remaining etc etc, using the left hand main beam stalk.
Oil level using the right hand button below the binnacle cowls.

However, I'm sure I've read where it's possible to interrogate the electronics, by suitable stalk/buttons manipulation, to display coolant temp/oil pressure and a few other parameters.
Anyone know if this is so, and if so how to do it?

My car is a July 2006 build E85/N52 facelift 2.5Si

All help greatly appreciated.
As would any advice on how to remove the standard radio aerial from the left rear wing. It just won't unscrew!!

To remove the Aerial…there is a torx screw underneath it in the Boot.
