Darned key issue

Hi collective Z4 brains.
I have two keys and both will unlock the car but only one will start the car.
My question is this, Is it a main stealer job or is there a wheeze apart from the press open and whilst doing so press lock 3 times and release when car has locked and unlocked.
If guys don't know who will?

id imagine your key that doesnt start the car doesnt have a transponder..

Yeap the key that wont start the car is unlikely to have a transponder or it hasn't been coded to the EWS module. If you're around the north East I can do it for you.

Thanks but I am in the south and if you go 10 miles further you get wet.
