Damper advice please

Hi folks

Got a leaking front damper so need to replace them both. Thing is there are a few makes available other than BMW ( which I'll check, but expect to be a lot dearer ).

Question is which make is best? Any experiences would be good

Euro Car parts have Sachs in stock at £97 , but also on special order only Bilsteins at £98 which take about a week to arrive. I cant understand why they would have a special order, does anyone know if theres anything special about them?
Bilstein I think would be my top choice, I think they have the best reputation.

Theres also German Swedish French with Boge shocks at £100 , so they are all much the same price.

Any suggestions ?

I just made a thread about suspension in general discussion mate. You can get the sachs shocks for a bit cheaper on ebay. They're the OEM manufacturers apparently so will be a direct replacement with no issue's at all.
