Daily driver & commuting woes

Have been getting seriously stressed at the car park I am being forced to use, the spaces are not nearly big enough and it is nearly always full when I get there

Had a scrape trying to get into one of these damn spaces the other day (good excuse for a front end respray next year) so I decided to drive an extra 10 miles or so to find a decent car park. Now this is how it should be..

A nice car to park up next to for once, makes a change from a battered Mondeo or an Espace

Feel better for sharing that, totally stresses me out but love to use the car every day, my new 10 mile+ journey at 11pm is a joy and reminds me of why I got the car in the first place

Do they check your car meets a minimum speed requirement before they let you through the gate?

The pic was taken at 12, when I got back at 11pm he was still there so he didn't get the chance to ogle my motor

It is actually 200 yards, but without satnav it turned into a 10 miles epic journey

Wow! I don't blame you for finding a different car park! No way I would park my Z4MC in spaces that narrow. I drove it to the market yesterday and parked in the furthest space at the far end of the lot and as close to the curb as possible. Naturally, when I came out there was another car parked next to me and crowding the white line... this despite the fact that the lot was only half full and plenty of other spaces were available!

For some reason because it was a CSL plate I thought it was OK (god knows why). Would you blank out every ordinary car number plate in your pictures?

i use my car for my daily commute too and also have constant parking worries. there is simply not enough spaces in my staff car park and so people park all over the place. lines become advisory only an people frequently block you in or get very close to you. also i am lazy and use my car for a lot of short journeys <1mile will this knacker my car?

No, but I would never blank out the number plate - or VIN - in a photo of my own car either.
