Daft question time

Too stiff and you can increase understeer, as the suspension can't move (independently) enough to keep the loaded tyre at their optimum angle.

In the dry stiffer tends to be better, but the opposite is the case in the wet.
 
Technically it does help. But to get to the limit of a braced vs unbraced car. One generally would need to be on a track and a heck of a driver to even attribute a faster lap time to a brace. Of course it's one of those items that won't hurt to have on your car. I.E. bolt on bolt off no permanent mods. But at street speeds is probably not needed. :fuelfire: But they sure look nice and are cheap and easy to install. And if they give you more confidence. Then go for it.
 
You'll most certainly notice it during a "spirited" drive :thumbsup:

If you're driving slow and not chucking the car around, you probably wont notice
 
When I fitted mine it felt a little tighter and sharper and that was without giving it 9/10ths.

Not a huge difference though but I bought mine used so wasn't too expensive.
 
Feels more certain on cornering, even at slower speeds IMHO - less 'wallow' as the bonnet travels round.

Speed bumps feel less wallowy too as front wheels in more communication.
