I'm guessing no....but there anyway this kind of stereo can be fitted into a 55 reg Z4:

yea why not ?

you'll need a fascia plate adapter & you'd lose steering wheel controls.. lots of threads about this kind of thing at the moment.

DAB is not good where i live so its not on my list at all
