Cylinder 1-3 not working

How come cylinders 1 & 3 weren’t firing either?

These plugs were s**t to be honest. I've used Auto Doc before and received incorrect parts from them so they're not much better (just my opinion). Horses for courses.....

I'm happy to use AutoDoc just as much as ECP in all fairness.

Potentially not enough fuel pressure. Where cylinder 2 was permanently open, albeit not fully, there wasn't enough fuel pressure on the two adjacent cylinders.
 
So it looks like it was a combination of things that contributed to the engine not running right. Firstly, the injector on cylinder 2 failed and continuously leaked fuel into the cylinder, secondly the spark plugs from ECP were absolute garbage - the ceramic was right up to the top of the electrode creating a really weak spark.

These have been replaced and she seems to be running just fine now, well now all the excess fuel has has been burnt off 😁
