Custom Engine Bay - Hydrodipping

Thought you might like a peek at this custom engine bay I've just done for a 350z

Before anyone gets their knickers in a twist I'm not touting for business.......just thought it'd interest you guys in terms of what hydrodipping can actually achieve.

To this. Pretty daring colour combination but each to their own. It's going on a show car so I think he wanted it to be a bit 'out there'

Carbon does look good but literally everyone is doing it at the moment. We did an alloy just for the test set for the wall

It's as hard wearing as any other painted finished Maxman. It's automotive base coat, dipped in hydro film and clearcoat with 2k automotive lacquer. The dipped items will be as hard wearing as the colour coded ones.
