Custom 108s and strut brace weld

Wheels are getting done now. Praying they don't get damaged. Last 2 trips for tyres have not had happy endings

They've not finished yet, and already one wheel is damaged

Think I would be asking for a discount or they can pay for refub, especially as they said they woul not damage them. :x

That's terrible. Looks like the result of not using proper nylon protectors on the tools or ill adjusted guides.

I had a close look at the pics of the wheels prior to going in. Think was already a blemish there. It's not marked, that you can see. There is ever such a slight press mark in the paint. But nothing more, and it's on the inside of the rim.

Pics will be up shortly. Strut brace was welded ok :)

Ok so bear with me, it's spitting outside and the rain has been non stop all day, just a constant drizzle. It's overcast, so the wheels really aren't showing in their best light. However, I'm happy with them.

Here it is

Hoping for some sun over the next few days (yeah right :x ) so will post some more pics when the weather improves

Not putting pics up of the strut brace, as I couldn't tell it had even been done. Think I have found a good Indy :)

Looks very sweet indeed Adam. I'm not usually a fan of 108s but you may have turned me :D

Wow what a result!! I've got to get mine done so I keep watching refurbs to try and decide on colours. Must admit they are stunning!! I've been quoted £75 per wheel to strip down polish rim and coat inside whatever colour I want... Does that sound reasonable?
