Curious bulb out warning

So, here's a curious issue for someone to wrap their head around!

Start the car with headlights off, bulb out warning comes on. Turn the headlights on, bulb out warning switches switches off.

So I had a look today on INPA, nothing shows up in error memory but there is 2 codes in the shadow memory, as below.

Now these become historical codes when the lights are switched on, so for some reason the car is assuming they are faulty, until they turn on and it sees them working fine.

Any suggestions at all? They're xenon bulbs and I have changed the bulbs last year, but this only started occuring a few months later. Not touched anything else in regards to lighting aside from internal LEDs.

Less than 2 years old, so I would expect it to be fine. Car is used near enough daily too.
For how long though & is the battery correct one ?
Tail end of winter used on a daily basis it could be flagging ? If you have a conditioner id give it 24hrs on it as a routine measure , won't do any harm even if its not the battery

has it been recoded ? It could be looking for the headlights as daytime running lights and then it resets after they come on. I'm not familiar with UK lighting rules, but we copy most Euro stuff, the Yanks don't.

Battery is a Bosch S3 096 so definitely the right size and a decent brand, believe my dad has one so I'll pinch it next time I visit.

There has been some coding done via Carly, so I will double check nothing related to daytime lights has been changed.

Well I feel clever... 1 of the 2 DRL options was ticked in Carly, disabled and voila! :headbang:

Daytime lights aren't required here on any car before 2012 I think, but the option is in the coding as some European countries did require them back in 2004.
