Hi All
when the lights came on last week when touring scotland me wishing I had taken the 330 instead of the zed i was p----d to say the least.
And after looking at the forum's about how much it was going to cost me really got me off my arse and thinking, not wanting to part with any money, number 1, not wanting to pay the stealers number 2, also really wanting to get to love my zed and understand her moods number 3, So on went the thinking cap several beers later when things seen easy and clear I came up with and old (PLEASE FORGIVE ME CARAVANING TRICK) that I thought just might work on the zed.I really hope this works for you all, if it doe's all those with the problum owe me a pint.
Are you ready for, get yourself a drink get closer to the puter and listen up. Open up the lid that covers the engine, be amazed at that sexy sight, go to where the brake servo is and most important find the brake fluid top up, nother beer, find the two electric plugs to the side of or could be below fluid top up,prize open with flat head screw driver, are you ready for this, spray both inside and outside with good ole WD40.
have a nother beer, then find below back of DSC module and spray again. Now go and have some more beers in fact mine was the following day and that was after a game of bad golf. Left the club only to find no lights on pushed DTC light it came on pressed it again went off, pulled one notch on the hand brake red light ,hand brake back to normal no lights. To say I am happy I went and toped up with the best, top down, foot down. Now for a new set of tyres not RF's instead of the stealers garage to put right. Now what are the best tyres to fit 18 split rim wheels dont no what they are called please put me right.do hope this works for you. Please tell me what tyres and where to get. One very pleased Zed owner.I love my Zed :D :D :D :driving:

TINO, nice work... seems to be happening to people a lot lately, sure it will help. Thanks for the contribution

I had the module at the rear of the brake servo replaced after the speedo stopped working along with all the lights on. Sounds as though this is what you WD;d. Excellent fix, especially bif it stays that way.
