Cup Holders

Mine are black and factory fitted too. They must be pulling your leg.

Had no issues with mine either. I always have a bottle of water in it on long journeys, Evian, Volvic...allsorts have been in it and they are absolutely fine.
 
another with black ones that I fitted myself and with no problems with them :D

got them off of another forum member so no idea if they were retrofit or factory for them though :?

Just to note..

The front (colour coded) trims are unfortunately no longer included with the cup holders any more meaning they will need to be ordered in addition to 51457070324 / 51457070323. (Sometimes you can be lucky though to get some old stock with the trim already fitted)

Still.. The price for the complete retrofit is coming out at £54.00 Delivered. Brand new with the BMW 2 year unlimited milage warranty as always.
 
I got mine recently from Joe in Sopers in black, no problem and he does a good price incuding postage.
 
Just fitted my right hand cup holder today! First BMW ive owned to have one :D

IIRC it was £29 for all three parts from BMW, so not too bad
