CUP HOLDERS (What's the fuss all about)

Apologies for earlier then for going off piste by talking about big Tits... :poke:

Although in France the Rozzers will fine you for any kind of eating or drinking at the wheel - tiz illegal in any form, despite what 99% of us do in the U.K.

At least tits is a topic that we're more likely to all agree on :D

Interesting point about France, I wasn't aware of that. I'm sure they'd take great pleasure in fining a British Z4 driver for that one. :wkr:

I think they are a waste of time. You shouldn't drive and drink anything at the same time, you cannot be fully concentrating if trying to juggle hot coffee whilst trying to change gear etc. As beanie says, stop and get a drink. It's a ridiculous addiction from USA and Japan.Just my opinion, please feel free to spil hot coffee on yourself. :poke:

That 0.66m long cheese & ham baguette really does obstruct your vision though :P

Although I'm surprised that a car built in a state with above-average gun ownership doesn't have a holster instead of a cup holder :poke:

I don’t get the obsession with cup holders

It’s like your other half having big tits, if she doesn’t you’re always thinking your missing out

Trouble is, I'm always smacking my knee on them when I get out of bed.

But it is possible to hold a cup in them.

That’s nothing to do with whether you have cupholders or not, that’s simply being a s**t driver...and they’d be s**t and if it wasn’t cupholders it would just be a phone or something else.

I don’t have hot or fizzy drinks in the car...it’s just water in bottles...and I don’t take it out of the cupholder unless I’m at a steady speed on the motorway or dual-carriageway. My phone is also in my pocket from the moment I get in the car until I get out...if I get a call it will be answered on the hands-free...if it’s a text or notification it will be left until I stop.

Agree, but you also forgot at a standstill whether at traffic lights, level crossing, or because m25 has become a car park again!

Handy for long journeys but only feel it's only a matter of time before they disintegrate into my hands.

I haven't gotten these printed yet as my 3D printer is having issues but it seems like a decent option if your stock cupholders are broken. It fits in the small 'tray' at the rear of the center console in E85. Not sure about later model zeds.
