Cup holder broken (passenger side)

Hi everyone
Really appreciate any help... I gather a broken cup holder is fairly common (they don't seem to be the most robust items in the world!). My passenger side one has a snapped bit of plastic and the spring is rattling around in there. So, I'm thinking I'd rather just replace the whole thing with a blanking plate instead (don't want passengers drinking in the car, lol).

Any idea of where I could get one? I can only seem to find the actual cupholder face plate, not the blanking plate. If anyone has one here, I'd glad!y buy it off them.

You can't repair the cupholder ??, I did see plain blanking plates somewhere, I will have a look for you.

One of mine has broken too, exactly like the link. Would like to repair / replace, but 3D printed one isn't listed anywhere and the member wattsie in your link hasn't been active since last year!

Can you buy just an arm from somewhere?

The eBay link is for the face plate cover that attaches to the cup holder itself, not the blanking plate.

Part numbers for the blanking plates are 6921241 (left) and 6921242 (right).

I'm hopefully going to look at a canabalised Z4M in a scrappy tomorrow, if the blanking plates are on it I'll take them.

I got both blanking plates per my last post. £10 delivered for the pair and you can sell your intact cup holder for a decent sum.
