Love CSLs, but as they have quite popular and I like to be different, I really love the M6 alloys, but only with some colours because of the big gaps and visible brake discs.

This pic convinced me that they are what I want when my runflats expire and I need a new tyre set.

I very nearly chose M6 alloys instead of my 202s when I was looking to change from my 108s - all due to that same photo

I'm amazed how many people are choosing M6, I think they look monumentally wank. They look too big on the Z and theres far too much space between the spokes. They look far better on thde M6 itself which is a giant car with huge brakes to fill the gaps in the spokes.

CSL's, BBS LM and OEM style 107 and 108 are by far the best choices for the Z.

brake discs are too small for the m6's! why would you want to show off your tiny brakes (well this is what the m6s make them look like.)

I would go with the CSL's. only because I already have M6 rims on another car.

from the pics you posted the M6 rims go with the lines of the Z4 better it seems... not too stand out which I like.

I voted for the CSL's but believe the M6"s ABSOLUTELY need a big brake kit to look right, the base calipers are ones I'd want to hide...

I did vote M6, but I must admit the rear discs look TINY!!

Thanks for all the input guys. having followed this it has really helped make my mind up on the M6 alloys and now i'm thinking that a Big Brake Kit is in order! The only problem is BMW have just quoted me £650 + VAT per rim plus rubber...! Damn you stealers!

Anyone know of where i can get my hands on OEM's without giving BMW the pleasure of emptying my pockets?

w1phil, I'm pretty sure that the genuine wheels will be the wrong offset for you anyway, think you'll need to get reps.

Ooh...thanks wondermike. Will look in to it today! Any idea on what offset details are? Cheers

Never liked the M6 wheel even on a BMW M6... IMO the M6 wheel looks cheap and is the most ugly BMW M-wheel they ever produced.

Each his own taste... If you want to do something a little different then CSL get a nice BBS wheel.

LOVE the black BBSs on the Red MR. That's my next purchase I think.

Sorry, but the 19s look stupid on a Z4 IMO. The car was designed to have 18s and it looks great with 18s. The M6 is a HUGE car compared to the Zed and even on the M6 they look BIG! Price of rubber goes up too.

The M6 alloys looked mega on my E60 M5.... not sure I'd have them on the Zed though.

Love the CSLs on my Zed... :)

Also, just pick out a new round of selection and I have included Styling220 (M3) and a new Styling359. What's that you say?
