Hi there, Has any one run 245 40 19 and 275 35 19 on there z4m's with csl's fitted, I am about to buy a set with these tyre sizes fitted, They sound ideal for me as i dont want to lower car and hopefully won't make ride to hard but want to be sure they will fit with out any rubbing issue's Cheers Tim.

i think some people on here have given those sizes a go but changed back to 235 and 265.

Are they not too wide, and also too high side-walled?

I'd be worried about it driving a bit funny, and/or causing issues with ABS/ESP if tyre rotational speeds are a bit out.

A number of individual using CSL's have fitted 245/35-19's front and 275/30-19 rear and they claim no rubbing issues. However, I am not aware of anyone fitting the size which you are suggesting. I'm sure if someone here has experience with that size they will comment. The problem would be with the diameter especially on the front.

Wouldn't run 40 sections personally. As said, they'll rub plus they're not ideal size either to be honest even if they didn't rub

Thanks for advice, Got the chap selling to measure the height of wheel and tyre and there's no way they will fit far to high, :(

What car are they from? An E60 or something big?

Odd tyre to have fitted for anything E46/E85 alike...

They where of a csl, But he got a good deal on that tyre size, He has 3 sets of wheels for his car as he mainly uses it for track days,
