CSL Sound

Does anyone know how they made the CSL sound so good?

This also sounds very good.

Loads of options if you have deep pockets. Evolve, Geoff Steel etc.

Or GruppeM / Eventuri intake for a fifth of the price

Just been looking into it, the CSL airboxes are like £1500!

...and the rest with the Alpha-N tune that is needed to get it running properly.
Think the minimum price you can get the whole setup is around £2,500.

OK, that's a little above my budget for a nicer sound. It was far cheaper when I could put a noisy back box and induction kit on my Vauxhall.

Haha, you can get the Eventuri or Gruppe M intake for around £600 which seem like a slight improvement. I've no personal experience of these though.

I've just been listening to a video of the Eventuri, I will probably upset people saying this but the difference is very small.

I looked at alot of different options when I had my M3 but just could part with thousands for such small gains, but the sound is great from the csl type air intakes and also the eventuri but then I also though 600 notes was too much for effectively a fancy air filter. But then maybe Im just a tight ass :)

Think if one was going into thousands I'd rather go full hog and get stacks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3C-AlL3lQA
