They do pop up on eBay, from time to time. There’s a rear on there at them moment - needs a refurb but no repairs - for £770, which seems fair.
 
Ah, interesting. I guess the fronts get dinged more often. My rears are still like new after 25k.

But fronts do pop up - I’ve been lazily after one these past few years as well, just not for £1k+.

Yeah thanks. I saw that one. He’s over on cutters, so you’d hope he’d be a bit more realistic with the price.
 
Best thing to do is set up a saved search on eBay. I came across quite a few people selling genuine OEM wheels when I was looking, you just need to be A) patient and B) persistent in checking for newly listed items - it’s how I find all my gems.
