Crystal ball

So I asked my car

"Hey bmw, how much petrol do I have left"

It replied

" I don't know, I don't have a crystal ball"..

Has anyone else encountered strange voice answers?

A diesel or electric car would easily answer that question, but you might not like the reply.

Soon after I got my new 1-series I asked it to tell me a joke.
The reply was "Surely you're not bored already? Have you tried Sports mode?"

No idea what it replied, couldn’t hear a thing for Lynn laughing.

On a serious note, you can change the recognition word, which I have done to "Bitch", much to Lynn's chagrin. For some reason though it will often activate when Lynn is talking, even though she has not said anything that sounds remotely like bitch.
