Hello everyone!!!
This is my first thread in this forum and i am so glad to be here and to be finally able to share my joy with you for my 2005 Z4 2.0 that i just bought!!!!
I have a question though for a matter that is really important to me and unfortunately find myself in the dark for: is it possible to retrofit cruise control to my car and if so which parts will i need and how will i be able to do it myself? Unfortunately it is the only option that i miss the most in my car!!!
Thank you very much in advance!!!

Yes you can retrofit cruise control, you will need a wiring loom as well as the stork unlike on older models.

Part numbers are

CC wiring 61 12 0 411 248
CC Stork 61 31 6 940 989

Welcome by the way and dont forget to post some pics :poke:

and a dremel to cut out the lower steering cowl (or you can buy that from the dealer too)..

and welcome

Hi everyone!!!
I bought the cc retrofit kit and have already done the easy part by installing the stalk and lower steering wheel column cover but when i go through the instructions for the wiring installation i go crazy!!! I have all the wiring required because the kit was all inclusive but the big question is how will manage that ? Since we are on as retrofit discussion i would really appreciate some more help please: i installed a stalk that has the on board computer switch because it wasnt already on the car but it doesnt seem to work. I believe that a visit to a dealer with a programming device will solve the matter but could it be that additional wiring is needed as well?
Thank you again!!!
