I retrofitted the cruise control stalk to my E89 Z4 35i 2009, then paid for someone to code it but it never worked when trying it, despite the coder saying everything was coded right and the stalk is showing as working on the computer but it just doesn’t engage it when driving
Then I flashed an MHD Multimap to my car today and it requires the use of the SET button on the cruise control stalk to switch between maps, but when I hold it it works and opens the multimap selection, so that’s proof the stalk is working but for some reason it doesn’t do anything in regards to activating cruise control when driving
Anyone have any ideas of the issue here ?
As a heads up, I know it needs to be over 20mph to engage, and I have tried the stalk in all directions, and the button, it doesn’t work or show any sign of working
