Cruise Control Current Price?

Evening chaps,

Forgive the no doubt over-asked question - could anyone who has purchased the cruise control stalk and loom for a coupe please let me know what they paid for both items? My local Baron's are pretty accommodating when I've ever had better prices from other branches so I want to make sure I get a decent price!

I had my loom and stalk delivered from Sopers a couple of months ago. Price including forum discount came to £105 roughly.

Off I toddle to Barons then! How did you find it to fit? I've read the various install threads but think I'll just let a friend of mine who's already fitted it to his coupe do it! A few have said it's a bit of a faff and the bmw instructions are pretty optimistic with the time allowed for the install!

I paid £79 all in at Peter Vardy Edinburgh that was in March :thumbsup:

Ed, I had help from Scooba_Steve off here to get it fitted as I'm pretty useless with things like this. Having the help from someone that had already fitted it to their own car was a massive bonus. It took us roughly 4 hours but I'm sure I slowed down the whole process a lot!
 
Those paying around the £80 mark, are you definitely getting the loom with the stalk? Just checking - didn't get a chance to call bmw today!

Somewhat tardy response :oops:

You are correct on my early model E85 06/03 the loom was not required. :thumbsup:

Somewhat tardy indeed! OP got it done last year!! :rofl:

And as he has a Coupe the loom was required!
 
I'd love to get this, but don't think I can be bothered with the faffing about required for the loom on the facelift models... :(
