Who remembers it?

Just played it now with my children.

Used to spend hours 30 years ago playing with my brother and its still addictive now as it was before.

is that the one with the plastic disc things you pinged around on a big card map thing? you built defenses with blocks etc?
 
Thought this was about real crossbows ... ;). I remember my brother had one when we were kids, that he made in wood/metal work classes at school! Can't imagine that happening now. It was, quite literally, deadly. From short range it would fully bury a 6" bolt in a tree trunk.
 
I have this game, was great fun and for a game board set way above what you were used to! Good fun, probably that and Pro Action Football were my favs!
