Creaky / Rattly Ride - 2014 Z4

Oddly my move to PSS while making the ride more comfortable did make initial turn in a bit softer too. It's hardly noticeable though given the tyre wall is a gnats larger than well a gnat.

Happy with that over the smashy ride of run flats though.

Thanks for the confirmation of the turn in feel guys.

Booked in for replacement tyres next week.

I'll update once done :)

First sloshy day with my 18 inch RFT's.
The traction control went mad, did it's job, but think it's time to go Goodyear!

You know those pencil erasers with a white and pink bit, well the RFT are hard like the pink bit and the Goodyears like the white bit.

I have squeaks behind the speedometer binnacle area on occasion in my car. Apologies for the probably daft questions but what should I use, gummi pflege or spray silicone lubricant (any recommendation?) and what is the process for using it? Is it spray on and leave or quickly wipe off? Not used this type of materials before and want to be sure. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't spray anything into the binnacle. You'd need to use adhesive felt or take it apart to find the source of the noise and fix it.

Just had the RFT's changed for non RFT's....a noticeable difference.

Rather than a chassis shattering 'bang' when hitting road imperfections it is now more of a gentle 'thud'

I can only assume this is what my wife feels like when she takes her high-heels off and puts slippers on.

Thanks for all the advice and pointers.
