Creaking drivers seat

As per title my '07 2.0 has developed an annoying creak, mainly from the right hand side...anyone got any ideas ? is the seat easy to pull apart ? any easy fixes ?

I moved mine to highest position then on underside use 3m lubricant spray any where where theres a hinge/cog

also on the back rest unclip the plastic panels at each side, tilt seat forward and spray in there

mine hasn't made a noise in 2 month
 
My drivers seat used to creak underneath and from the rear trim panel. Liberally applied GT85(Teflon) spray 2 years ago and has never creaked since. GT85 is superb stuff. My 'go to' remedy on all sorts of interior creaks and squeaks. :thumbsup:
