I am shocked at how Insurance companies operate, a fella who i work with had his 2008 Range Rover rear ended (about £4000 worth of damage), Insurance company pick up the RR and leave a Nice M series X5 diesel (hire cost £437 per day).. Range Rover took 2 weeks for the bodywork to be done and then a further 2 weeks waiting for a new exhaust to come..
So total insurance cost
£4000 for the damage
28 x £437 = £12236 for the hire car cost
Total £16236
Range Rover is worth around £15k !
