Week in to ownership and the grin is still there, after a clean up and a stubby fitted it was time for a blast. Kept her at 5 to 7000 rpm and loved it.

Hope that roof was down :poke: Perfect day for it too. The grinning will last a lot longer than a week too :driving:

Hi Bunker,

Is it a 2 litre - that's the way to get the best out of it - we loved our 2 litre and it took all we asked of it and kept coming back for more. It never missed a beat. One of the smoothest and easy revving 4 cylinder motors I'd ever driven. The 2 litre is highly under-rated - great fun!

Welcome to the forum.

:driving:

It's a 2.5, and the grins are awesome...almost got the 2.0 but this came up and it is perfect. Don't think I would care what it was I just love it. :D

Keeping a six pot at 5-7k rpm will make for a lively day - no wonder you had fun - nice one!

We got to give our Zed a good work out as well today - came across a TVR on the descent from Hartside to Melmerby - some of the best driving I've enjoyed for a long while ensued. . .the Zed did well and we we're very lucky to get a good run through with even one Sunday driver pulling over to let the pair of us through - now that is rare but sums up the experience - brilliant!

:driving:

Three of us were out in Zeds at 7am this morning, and its fantastic.
Its hard getting out of bed at 6am on a Sunday, but once you're out and you find the roads are empty you wished you were up at 4am and made more of it.

Keep enjoying it, - and get out before the Sunday Drivers

@paulgs1000... yes it was a lively day as came upon a boxter and S2000 on full chat, not a normal Sunday hoon but bloody good fun. The Zed did us proud!
