Cracked front fog light

Just noticed that my drivers side front fog light is cracked. The bulb looks fine and it works when switched on, it's just the glass at the front that's damaged. I'm guessing I'll need to replace the whole thing though... can anyone advise?

Yes, replace the whole unit.
EBay or here if you're lucky. They come up occasionally.

Stealers if you want to splash the cash.

It isn't a cause to fail the mot so I'd sit tight.

Just watch out for corrosion on facelift ones.

Also, they might appear without black last frame so you'll have to use your existing frame - you can't buy separately

If they are pre facelift then no such issues and they only go for a few quid or free!

It says it's a right-sided front fog light for 2003-onward E85s?

£50-odd pounds sounds quite a bit better than £100+!
 
Both of mine on my post-facelift Z are full of condensation and look corroded - I'll have a look for fixes on here, but I can't find replacements anywhere on the interweb. Any suggestions as to where to look ?

BTW - the link above looks right for a pre-facelift.

OK so you want pre facelift. Andysat was referring to post facelift.

I would hold on. Some one was offering a pair free on here the other week and I flogged one on eBay for about 2 GBP.

Hunt down someone who's doing an M bumper upgrade or switching a pre for post facelift bumper.

No fix. Silvering fails due to corrosion so seal fails.

If they aren't too bad you could try removing, drying, cleaning off corrosion then putting a load of silicon on in an attempt to reseal.

Good quality second hand ones are hard to get hold of.
